We seek a HIGHLY motivated and results-driven salesperson with strong communication skills. Applicants should be highly organized, attention to detail focused, and quick learners looking to excel in sales. 

We are looking to fill this position with someone who can work in person every Monday at the Saint Germain Flea Market, Wednesday at the Eagle River Farmer’s Market, and select weekends for events throughout the year - with occasional trips to the shop in St. Germain for jar pickup and show items. Great position

Job Details: 

• Greet customers and explain the flavors of the Cocktail Infusion Jars to sell effectively. 

• Be reliable, honest, and embody our culture. 

• Set up tent, signs, tables, payment, and jars at events. 

• Follow operational policies and procedures, including cash handling, safety, and security. 

• Be flexible with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. 

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management. 

• Must be able to be on feet for long periods, lift heavy items, and bend frequently. 

• Must be 21 years of age or older. 

Desired Skills/Experience: 

• 1-2 years of experience 

• Entrepreneurial / Self-starter mindset 

• Commitment to excellent service 

• Strong problem-solving aptitude 

• Prior Cashier/Square experience is a plus 

Transportation Needs: 

• Have a vehicle that can transport a 10x10’ tent, jars, and materials to take to the show.
