Artisans

We are looking for enthusiastic members to join our Artisan Team at Naturista Monarch! This creative position will serve delicious Chocolate Shoppe ice cream & tasty drinks, ensure store cleanliness, and provide exceptional customer service. 

We are looking to fill team positions for all shifts, from open to close, and are willing to train if you need experience. Shift Manager positions and promotions may be available with adequate time and training as we grow.

Job Details:

  • Greet customers and explain flavors - you’ll get to try everything, so it’s easier to describe.

  • Serve ice cream, bake waffle cones, make bubble tea & create smoothies that meet our specifications and high-quality standards - we hope you’ll come up with fun specials too.

  • In downtime, there will be side work, including creating infusion jars and packets.

  • Be reliable, honest, and embody our positive culture.

  • Complete opening and closing duties.

  • Follow operational policies and procedures, including cash handling, safety, and security.

  • Must adhere to all food safety guidelines and a clean workspace.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by management staff or shift leaders.

  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

  • Must be able to be on feet for long periods, lift heavy items, and bend frequently.

  • Must be 14 years of age or older.

Desired Experience in a Previous Role or at School:

  • Commitment to excellent service

  • Works well within a team

  • Strong problem-solving aptitude

  • Prior cashier/Square experience is a plus

Shifts:

  • Weekday and weekend availability required

  • 4 or 8-hour shifts

 Ability to commute:

 9101 WI-70, St. Germain, WI: Reliably commute or walk to shop

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, or Seasonal - pay based on experience.
